How It Works:
We want ordering custom merchandise to feel straightforward.
Some customers come to us knowing exactly what they want. Others are still deciding on the product, quantity, or artwork. Either way, our goal is to make the process clear, practical, and easy to work through.
1. Choose Your Product
Start by choosing the product that best fits what you are trying to do.
That might be custom golf balls, ball markers, or another branded item from our catalogue. Some customers are ordering for a golf tournament or sponsored event. Others are looking for a useful branded product for customer appreciation, promotions, or giveaways.
If you already know what you want, great. If not, we are happy to help guide you toward the right fit.
2. Send Your Logo, Artwork, or Idea
Once you know what you want, the next step is sending us your logo, artwork, or concept.
PDF files are generally the easiest to work with, but the biggest thing is simply sending the highest-quality version of your artwork that you have. Higher-quality files help us produce the sharpest and cleanest finished product possible.
Basic artwork setup is included. If your file needs major cleanup, redraw work, or more advanced design preparation, we will let you know before moving ahead with any added charges.
3. Review Your Free Proof
Before production begins, you will receive a free proof showing your artwork on the selected product.
This gives you a chance to review the overall look and make sure everything feels right before moving ahead. One free proof is included with your order, along with minor adjustments to size, placement, or layout before approval.
Our goal is always to make your artwork look as clean, prominent, and well-suited to the product as possible.
4. We Produce Your Order
Once your proof is approved, we move into production.
Turnaround time can vary depending on the product, quantity, and timing of the order, but we always aim to keep the process moving efficiently. As a general rule, it is best to allow about 10 days between placing your order and the date you need it in hand.
If you are working on a tighter timeline, reach out and we will let you know what is possible. Rush orders may be available, with any applicable expedited shipping costs passed on to the customer.
5. Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping
Once your order is complete, we will arrange the best delivery option for you.
Local pickup and local delivery are available. We also ship across Canada. Shipping timelines will vary depending on destination, and shipping time is separate from production time.
