How It Works

Every order follows the same five steps, whether it is one puck for a grandchild or golf balls for a whole tournament.

1. Choose what you are printing

Jersey-back hockey pucks for one player or a whole team. TaylorMade and Srixon golf balls, by the sleeve of 3 or by the dozen. Ball markers, hat clips and divot tools with your logo on the marker. See everything we print.

2. Build it on the page

Every product has a builder on its own page, and the preview is drawn to true proportion, so what you see is what gets printed.

  • Pucks: type the name and number, then pick the colours and number style. No artwork needed.
  • Golf balls and accessories: type your text, or upload your logo.
  • A whole team: use the team builder. Paste the roster once and send it as one order.

If you are uploading a logo, a vector file is best and a PNG at 1000 pixels or more is fine. We print artwork you own or have permission to use. The artwork guidelines cover the details.

3. Approve your proof

We send a free proof on every order, usually within two working days, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Check the spelling, the layout and the colours. Small changes to size or placement are part of the proof.

If a file needs redrawing before it will print cleanly, we will tell you and agree any added cost with you before we do the work.

4. We print it

UV ink over a primer coat, on our own flatbed printer in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan. Production takes about a week for a single order and about ten days for a full team, counted from when you approve the proof.

5. Pickup or shipping

Collect it from 211 McAllister Avenue North, Porcupine Plain, or we ship it. Standard shipping in Canada is free on orders of $75 or more. A team order arrives as one box, sorted in roster order. Rates and timings are on Shipping & Pickup.

Working to a date?

Tell us the date before you order and we will say plainly whether we can meet it. Rush orders may be possible, with any expedited shipping cost passed on to you. Christmas orders close 30 November.

Good to know

  • No minimum order. One puck is fine.
  • Team pricing on pucks: $22.99 each at six or more, $18.99 at twelve or more.
