Terms of service

These terms cover buying from PrintABalls. They sit alongside our refund policy and shipping policy, which form part of them.

PrintABalls Promotions is a trading name of Slobodian Pharmacy Ltd., Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan.

Orders and proofs

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it and send you a proof. We may decline an order - for example if we cannot print the artwork well, or cannot confirm you have the right to use it - and if we do, we refund you in full.

Your approval of the proof is what we print from. Once approved, an order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Artwork and rights

When you send us artwork, a logo, a crest or a photograph, you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it printed, and you agree to cover us for any claim arising from that not being true. If a rights holder approaches us about work printed from your files, we will pass on your details.

If your photograph shows a person, you confirm they have agreed to it being printed. If it shows a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or have that person's permission.

We do not reproduce professional team marks or their lettering systems - NHL club crests, wordmarks and number fonts included - and we will not print them even if asked. What we do instead is match your team's colours and build the design around them. See our artwork guidelines.

We will also decline artwork that is unlawful, hateful, or that we judge would embarrass us to have made. That judgement is ours, and if we decline we refund you in full.

Your files

You keep ownership of your artwork. We keep a copy for two years so that reorders and repeats are easy, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

We may photograph finished work and show it as an example of what we make. Tell us not to and we will not - before or after the order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout. Online orders are paid at checkout. Team and bulk orders are quoted, and invoiced to one person, on the terms stated on the invoice.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. We can correct an obvious pricing error before accepting your order; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund. If an invoiced order is not paid, we may hold the goods until it is.

What we make

Our pucks are display and keepsake items. They are not made to be played with, and printed graphics wear with use. Golf balls are printed to order and are not returnable once personalised. Previews and proofs show layout and colour placement, not a colour match.

Email and marketing

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every message says who it is from and carries a working unsubscribe link, and we action unsubscribes within ten days, as Canada's anti-spam legislation requires. Order and proof emails are not marketing and are sent because you bought something.

Liability

If we get something wrong, we reprint it or refund it. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses - an event going ahead without the items, for example.

None of this limits the statutory warranties you have under Saskatchewan's Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act, or any other right the law gives you that cannot be waived. Where these terms conflict with those rights, those rights win.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
