Shipping & Pickup

Everything is printed to order in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so the timeline below starts when you approve your proof, not when you pay.

How long it takes

  • Proof to you: usually within two working days of ordering.
  • You approve it. This is the step that varies - the clock does not start until we hear back from you.
  • Production: about a week for a single order, about ten days for a full team.
  • Then in transit, per the options below.

These are estimates based on how long the work normally takes, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.

Christmas orders close 30 November. A team order is about ten days from an approved proof, and the proof has to come back to us first, so leave room.

Within Canada

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
  • Standard shipping is $12.00 on orders under $75.
  • Express is $20.00 on any order.

To the United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • Standard is $7.90, $19.90 or $29.90 depending on the weight of the parcel.
  • Express is $34.90 on parcels up to 1.5 kg.

Duties, taxes and customs charges on a US delivery are the customer's responsibility. We cannot calculate them in advance.

We do not currently ship outside Canada and the United States. If you are elsewhere and want something, email us and we will quote it by hand.

Pickup in Porcupine Plain

You are welcome to collect rather than pay postage - 211 McAllister Avenue North, Porcupine Plain. Choose pickup at checkout, or say so when you send a team roster, and we will tell you when it is ready. We hold uncollected orders for 90 days.

Team orders

A team order ships as one box to the manager, sorted in roster order, rather than separate parcels to each family. It is cheaper, it arrives together, and one person hands them out.

If it does not arrive

Email contact@printaballs.ca with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we reprint or refund it - our refund policy covers this in full.
