Team Order Sheet
Pick what you are making, set your colours, paste the roster. Send it back and that is everything we need to print.
2 · What are you making
A puck has two faces. You can use one or both.
3 · Jersey style
Every puck uses the same style and colours. Only the name and number change.
4 · Roster layout
The roster face is the same on every puck. The list sets in a condensed face so it stays readable at this size, whatever number style you picked for the player side.
5 · The roster
Print surnames exactly as they should appear. We print what you write - we do not guess spellings.
Four things that hold up an order
- 12 letters maximum per surname, including spaces and hyphens.
- Accents are fine - É, Ô, Ç all print. Write them if the family uses them.
- No two players with the same number. Check before sending.
- Coaches and staff get a word instead of a number - COACH, MANAGER, TRAINER, up to nine letters.

Coaches, staff and spares
Name plus a word where the number goes. Up to nine letters, but shorter prints bigger: COACH fills the puck at 16 mm, MANAGER at 12 mm, ASSISTANT at only 11 mm.

7 · Send it back
Any of these works. The first is fastest for us and least typing for you.

- Filled in on screen? Use the button below - it opens an email with the roster already written out.
- Filled in on paper? Photograph or scan the sheet and email the picture.
- Prefer a spreadsheet? Send surnames and numbers however you already keep them.
Put these in the email so nothing bounces back and forth: the team name, who to invoice, a phone number, and the date you need the pucks in hand.
What happens next
1. We send back one proof showing the whole roster laid out, usually within two working days. 2. You check spellings and numbers and reply to approve - that approval is what we print from. 3. About ten days later the box arrives, sorted in roster order.
8 · The terms
Price
$24.99 each · $22.99 at six or more · $18.99 at twelve or more. A full team of eighteen is $341.82 - about $19 a family.
Ten or eleven? Take twelve. Twelve pucks cost $227.88, which is less than eleven would at $252.89. Send the extra names and we print them - coach, manager, or spares.
Payment
One payment from the team, not eighteen from families. The manager collects and pays once.
Proof
We send one proof to the manager showing the whole roster. You approve it once, then we print.
Turnaround
About ten days from an approved proof. For Christmas, orders close 30 November.
Delivery
One box to the manager, sorted in roster order.
Team logos
We can print your association’s own artwork if you can confirm the team has the right to use it. We cannot reproduce NHL or other professional marks.
